  4. Describe leadership attributes.
  5. List and explain the critical leadership skills.
  6. List and discuss the critical leadership actions.
  7. Explain how you would apply the crucial leadership skills and actions in your current work environment.  
  8. Explain the concept of Pygmalion Leadership.
  9. Discuss the power of expectations in performance management.
  10. Describe the leader’s role in establishing expectations for the team members.
